Say hi to your new Ops and Notion support team.

No more fiddling with templates. Or worrying that what you spent days building will fall apart or remain unused by the team.

Submit your requests, provide context, and have a subject matter expert who’s delivered dozens of similar projects tick off your requests — one by one.

I was hoping that they’d refine our existing Notion workspace. What they did was far more. They got to know the leads from every department – learning the ins and outs of Blank Street. They then worked with us in an iterative approach, constantly learning and evolving their work. Doing so, they helped us avoid dispersed information and fractioned communication.

Still got questions? We have answers.

What’s a request?

A request is anything you need help with, right now.

Audit a workflow, design a new one, automate something, write a new doc, update an existing one, run a training session — the list goes on.

Can I request literally anything?

Short answer: yes.

Long answer: yes, with one exception.

Because there are too many unknowns, large migrations of knowledge base data into Notion is something we have to carefully evaluate before committing.

Still, we do deliver large migration projects. For details, pick a time to chat here.

Nothing is truly unlimited, what’s the catch?

No catch, implementation time is the only constraint.

To avoid unpleasant surprises, we break down larger projects into subtasks that we can iterate on quickly — so that you’re seeing consistent progress and deliverable updates all the time.

Do you need me to sign a contract?

No. You can pause or cancel the subscription anytime via a Stripe dashboard. No questions asked.

You’ll get a reminder email a week before each renewal date.

What if I forget to cancel?

Things happen. No worries, we’ll issue a refund.

Am I going to be the bottleneck to approve stuff?

Not if you add a couple of key people from your team.

Normally, we liaise with one to five people directly involved with managing the company's key data, tools, and workflows.

Can my team contact yours for Notion support?

Your Operations team? Of course!

That said, using your request board or Slack chat as a Notion help desk for every single employee is not a good use of our time — or your budget.

Do you only work with Notion?

But Notion may not be the be-all end-all for your company, so we’ll help you decide between building certain workflows in Notion vs. integrating other software, which we can implement equally well.

Outside of Notion, we are very familiar with modern tech stack, including Airtable, Attio, Copper, Grain, Linear, Loom, Make, Slab, Slack, Superhuman, Pitch, and Zapier.

Don’t see your tool listed? We might still be able to help, let’s chat.

Will we have meetings?

We default to async communication where possible.

If Loom, Notion, and Slack fail us, we can arrange a Zoom meeting.
