Our story.

Hey, Hi, hello 👋 It's Tem from Optemization (it's not a mistake). Anyway, welcome!

Our consultancy was founded in March 2020, one day after the US lockdowns, when most companies went remote.

As luck would have it, one of my passions was optimizing productivity by mastering modern tools such as Notion and Zapier.

As it turns out, those tools are really good at enabling companies and employees to work more effectively. So I decided to become a Notion Consultant. Shortly after, I became one of the first three people officially certified by Notion in the US. Within a few months, my solo consulting gig became a full-fledged company.

Now, we're on a mission to empower a million distributed teams to work better together.

We're a diverse, global team of Notion Certified Consultants, automation, and no-code experts passionate about optimizing productivity through effective operational design using Notion. Since early 2020, we've co-created over 100 projects for 80+ incredible clients. Throughout that time, we've developed tried-and-true systems that enable high-growth teams to do their best work together using Notion.
