To begin, we performed a thorough evaluation of Magic Eden's Facebook workspace, with the goal of assessing the quantity of content that would need to be moved to Notion, and determining how the existing framework within Facebook workspace could be transitioned to the new Slack workspace. To accomplish this, we utilized Miro to visually map out the tools and structures that would need to be reorganized in the migration process.
