Thursday Labs needed a centralized solution to address inefficiencies in their workflows. By analyzing their existing processes, we identified critical pain points and designed "Content HQ," a single source of truth for all client interactions. The goal was to unify fragmented databases and provide a seamless experience for both the internal team and clients.

We developed a robust system that integrated centralized databases, automated workflows, and customized interfaces. Key features included:
Centralized Databases: A single repository for episodes, guests, and key documents. This consolidation reduced redundancy and made it easy to locate critical information quickly.
Advanced Filters: These allowed team members and clients to view tailored data specific to their needs while ensuring sensitive internal information remained protected. For instance, filters automatically adjusted views to display only the episodes or feedback relevant to each client.
Dynamic Design: We crafted interfaces that reflected Thursday Labs' unique branding and provided an intuitive user experience. This included clean layouts, clear navigation, and visually cohesive elements for professional polish.
Automations were integrated to streamline workflows further. For example, when a new episode or guest was added, the system automatically linked the data to the respective client’s Content HQ. Notifications were also triggered to alert team members of updates, reducing manual oversight and improving effic
