Achieving this required a robust automation pipeline that would seamlessly integrate data across seven critical business applications — Notion, Slack, Airtable, Copper, Smartsheet, Google Drive, and Zapier. Given the project's complexity, our team had to study Metalab's requirements and analyze their existing workflows thoroughly and then brainstorm and outline the complete workflow with the client for each stage of the automation and determine which apps were best suited for each individual task.

Additionally, to ensure the successful implementation of the automation, we created a comprehensive guide in Notion. The guide served as a resource for MetaLab's sales team, providing clear and concise instructions on the different stages of the automation process. This included specific actions and tasks that were executed in each individual app.

The documentation that was made for the sales team regarding the new automation.


On top of the written instructions, we also created video recordings for each step in the automation process.
